The house is particularly suitable for families and stays with friends, with its six bedrooms and mezzanine on the first floor, as well as its sofa bed on the ground floor, allowing it to accommodate 16 people, and its various living spaces complete the house. A recreational area with a lawn adjoining the courtyard is also available for you to enjoy on sunny days. You will also have private outdoor parking for your vehicles. And just in front of the house, across the road, you have access to a pond and its park. It's a nice place to walk, get some fresh air, or simply enjoy the calm, but also to have an aperitif in front of it on sunny days. To discover the area: The house is a good base for visiting Normandy, especially the sites related to the D-Day landings and World War II, while also allowing easy access to other must-see places in the region. Guest access During your stay, you have the entire house at your disposal: 6 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, large reception room, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. You can also enjoy an enclosed inner courtyard and a lawn area. The pond and its park, located just in front of the house, are accessible by crossing the road. Other things to note From October 1 to May 15, sometimes until May 25 depending on the weather, heating (oil heating) is charged extra at the rate of €100 per night. If you want to make the most of your stay without having to cook, the restaurant Le Fleurion, located right in front of the house, can also prepare your meals and deliver them directly to you. A practical solution to enjoy your stay more, especially on days when you prefer to stay quietly at home.
