You will be seduced by its unspoiled character, its decoration creating a warm and refined atmosphere as well as its landscaped garden. The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 for a weekend or a green stay. Great location to explore all the treasures of Normandy. Lots of activities for the whole family nearby. Towels and bed linens provided The space From the moment you arrive, you will appreciate the charm of this character house: old parquet floors, moldings, a wooden and wrought iron staircase, and beautiful ceiling heights. House on 3 levels (stairs not suitable for people with reduced mobility unfortunately) Fully enclosed 600 m2 landscaped and flower-filled garden, perfect for dining on the terrace, for children to play, or simply for relaxing in peace after a day of exploring. A friendly setting for gatherings with family or friends 4 large, bright bedrooms, each with a 140 x 200 double bed (2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor). 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor (walk-in shower) and one on the 3rd floor (bathtub). A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook as you would at home or simply enjoy regional products (several farms in the immediate vicinity), opening onto a living room that can accommodate 8/10 guests. A bean coffee machine to enjoy your freshly ground coffee each morning Cozy living areas for sharing beautiful moments: TV lounge, marble fireplace with insert (only in winter, wood provided), reading areas and board games, Teleworking is possible thanks to fiber optic internet and an office area in 2 bedrooms (screen and keyboard on request, etc.) Free WiFi Linens and bath towels provided. Beds made upon arrival. A location in the heart of Bosc-le-Hard, a charming village in Pays de Bray. You will appreciate the ideal location of the house: in a quiet area while being in the center of the village, with shops (butcher/delicatessen, produce store, etc.), bakeries/pastry shops, artisans, and services (pharmacy, hairdressers, beauty salon, etc.) all within walking distance, including a Carrefour Market and a Lidl for larger purchases, as well as several local farms. Here, we find the pleasure of a real village life in an authentic setting, between the magnificent covered market hall with its ironwork, the church, the brick town hall of St. Jean, and the pretty houses that give Bosc-le-Hard its charm. Easily accessible thanks to the nearby A28 and A29 highways (2 hours from Paris), the house is a perfect base from which to explore the treasures of Normandy: 🌊 The beaches of the Côte d'Albâtre (35 to 40 min): spectacular cliffs, fishing villages, and vast marine spaces. In particular, visit Veules-les-Roses (certified as one of the most beautiful villages in France) and Pourville-sur-Mer (our favorite) for the panoramic view and the sunset ⚓ Dieppe (30 min): charming seaside resort, bustling harbor, renowned market (Saturday morning) and waterfront facing the castle. 🏰 Rouen (25 min): the historic capital of Normandy with its majestic cathedral, half-timbered houses, and medieval city center. 🌿Eawy Forest (20 min): a magnificent forest in Pays de Bray and one of the largest beech forests in France. In any season, it offers beautiful panoramas and colors that are perfect for walks and all nature activities. 🌿 Parc de Clères (15 min): a beautiful animal and botanical park popular with families.
