Chata Nesvačilka | Relax among ponds and forests

Chata Nesvačilka is a wonderful place to unwind in the heart of the Brdy countryside. It is located on the edge of a small cottage area, on an elevated plot surrounded by trees, with views of greenery and two ponds nearby. During the summer months, you may find raspberries, strawberries and blackberries growing in the wild garden. The surrounding forests are perfect for mushroom picking, while the area also offers plenty of opportunities for cycling enthusiasts. The space Chata Nesvačilka has three floors – the ground floor, first floor and attic. Thanks to its split-level layout, it offers plenty of space and privacy for families, couples or a group of friends. On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance with a hallway and a fireplace stove, which creates a cosy atmosphere, especially during the colder months. This lower part of the cottage also includes a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, connected to the living room, from which you can access the upper part of the garden. The main bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor. A travel cot for children can be added upon request. In the attic, you will find the second bedroom, also with a double bed. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for grilling or roasting sausages. Near the fireplace, there is a fully stocked woodshed. For our youngest guests, there is a small sandbox with toys in the garden. Guest access Parking is not located directly next to the cottage. The car needs to be parked on the access road by the cottage area, from where it is about a 70-metre walk to the cottage. The route is described in detail in the manual, which guests will receive. Other things to note Nesvačily is a small village where you won’t find a grocery store or a local pub. The nearest place for shopping is Rožmitál pod Třemšínem, less than four kilometres away, or you can use the Rohlík grocery delivery service. One of the charms of this place is the chance to slow down for a while. Mobile signal in the area can be weaker, so you can fully enjoy the silence, nature and the present moment. For work, planning trips or staying in touch with loved ones, fast Starlink internet is available. When it comes to trips, the surrounding landscape offers countless options for walks, hikes and cycling. That said, the best plan is often no plan at all - light a fire, have a coffee in the garden and simply let the day unfold.
