Holiday home with great view and whirlpool

The house is located on the top of a steep south facing slope. On the southside of the house you will find a magnificent large wooden terrace facing south with a spectacular view stretching as far as the eye can see. On a clear day you can see the island of Samsø in the far distance. And on a clear night you can enjoy the stars. The space The house itself is 95 square metres and consist of: Three bedrooms - two with double queen size beds and one with a sofa bed that can extend to double bed. Above one of the bed rooms there is a loft accessed from the living room area. The loft comfortably sleeps two people. In total the house accommodates eight people. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. The house has two bathrooms - both with shower and the larger one with a whirlpool. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven with micro wave functionality, induction stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The living room contains a dinning space for eight people and has a built-in fireplace. Finally there is a sofa section with a flat screen TV. The TV can also be used from the living room area. The house is equipped with an Apple TV for streaming. There is no WIFI at the house. The mobile coverage in the area is perfect allowing streaming by setting up a personal hotspot on your phone. The terrace is fully equipped with dinning table and chairs for eight people and a lounge set for six people. A gas grill is available as well. In the surroundings you can find: Massive forests part of the Mols Bjerge National Park with countless paths for any length you prefer - both for hiking and biking. The beach can be found about 2,5 km to the south - about a 15 minute walk. If you prefer a swimming pool you can get access to the swimming pool (small fee) at Krakær camping about 1 km north of the house. Ebeltoft town is located about 8 km from the house with the all necessary shops and much more. In both Ebeltoft and the surrounding area there are plenty of high quality restaurants as well as cheaper alternatives. If you are into visiting a larger city Aarhus can be reached within an approximate 40 minutes drive. Finally there are lots of tourist attractions: Fregatten Jylland in Ebeltoft, Ree Park and Skandinavisk Dyrepark for animal lovers is close. And for the inner child in all of us - Djurs Sommerland can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Finally you have Lübker Golf Resort - which can also be reached in about 30 minutes by car. When you rent our house we will do everything we can to make your stay pleasant. The house is really dear to us, so please treat it with respect.
