The space The property is located in quiet and scenic surroundings, with a short drive to Kristiansand Zoo and the Sørlandssenteret shopping center (about 25 minutes). The home is family-friendly and has a large, private, and fully fenced garden – perfect for both children and dogs. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the Tovdalselva River, which is renowned for excellent salmon fishing, with the possibility of catching large salmon. From the yard, we have a view of Berse Beach, which is accessible for the little ones. Right nearby, you will find the popular Tegnefossen waterfall, which offers great swimming opportunities—an ideal spot for both young and old on hot days. Otherwise, the area offers a riverside trail, a volleyball court, a sauna by the river, gazebos, and great hiking opportunities – all within walking distance or a short drive away. In the surrounding area, you will also find exciting attractions such as the Torvstrøm Museum, as well as Mollestadeika – one of Norway's oldest and most impressive oak trees. If you want more excursions, it's a short drive to popular destinations: about 20 minutes to Hamresanden (3 km/1.9 mile sandy beach), 20 minutes to Lillesand, 30 minutes to Kristiansand, and about 1 hour to TrollAktiv in Evje. You also have about 30 minutes to Setesdalsbanen and the popular Tømmerrenna. Guest access Guests have the entire property at their disposal during their stay, including a large, private, and fully fenced garden – perfect for both children and dogs. There is access to a terrace with a view, outdoor areas, and parking at the property. Quiet and child-friendly area with great opportunities for play and relaxation. The space includes: 1st floor: Attic, laundry room with shower, washing machine, and dryer, separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. 2nd floor: Attic living room (currently used as a hobby room), bathroom with bathtub, and 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms: * Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200 cm) * Bedroom 2: Double bed (150x200 cm) + mattress (90x200 cm) * Bedroom 3: Small double bed (120x200 cm) + mattress (90x200 cm) Other things to note The stay offers self-check-in via a keypad lock for an easy and flexible arrival.
