The Barn Suite

Set within a beautifully converted barn, this spacious guest suite combines rustic character with modern comfort. Your own private entrance gives you complete independance throughout your stay. Stunning exposed beams, a stylish ensuite, log burner and coffee machine is ideal for slow easy mornings. Dedicated parking and garage storage for bikes or surfboards is an added benefit. Surfing at The Wave, tasty breakfast spots and Aztec West are all just a 10min drive, and Bristol is a 20min drive. The space This Suite is a large self contained annex, you can come and go as you please with your own key. There is dedicated secured parking, right in front of your room. We can offer bike and surf board storage free of charge. A super comfortable bed with 100% cotton bedding is awaiting your stay, you can relax and unwind on the sofa, or outside in the courtyard or in the rear garden, both of which are real suntraps. There is a 42inch TV with Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+ and Amazon Prime video available. High Speed reliable WiFi is set up for your use. A radio with Bluetooth for entertainment, a few books and games too. There are no catering facilities, however there is a Nespresso Pop machine for that early morning Espresso, and a kettle for Tea and Coffee is available. Fresh cold milk will be waiting for you when you arrive and a fresh chilled milk will be popped outside your door early in the morning if required. There are a number of local choices for a tasty breaksfast or evening meal, including a lovely village pub just a mile away. We will be at hand if needed during your stay, but you will have privacy and access to our rear garden where you will find some friendly free range chickens wandering around. The location is on a well trodden cycle route, just off a lay-by. We are a 1 mile walk to the local pub, shops etc. We are close to the popular 'Wave' surfing facility and a number of Wedding venues and supererbly located for visits to Bristol or over the Bridge into South Wales, for business stays we are just 10mins from Aztec West. Guest access The Suite is a self contained annex. This is accessed from the shared courtyard, there is a dedicated parking space is in front of the annex. There is a shared rear garden (also shared with our friendly chickens). Access to the suite is via a key lockbox. During your stay You will have sole use of the Barn Suite for the entirity of your stay, this you can access using the lock box outside, where you will find the key. There is a touch pad to open and close the secured gate parking, and we can allow access to store Bikes and or Surfbords if needed. Other things to note Your suite is fully carpeted, please can you remove shoes when inside. There is a door in the room that is locked on both sides, so no access to the main house. The log burner is available November - March. Please note there is no catering facilities available. The garden is a shared space with ourselves, so you may occasionally see us but please feel free to enjoy it during your stay.
