Bedrooms The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across two inviting bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and a TV ideal for winding down after a long day. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes, providing plenty of storage for longer stays. Both rooms are designed to feel calm, cosy, and homely. Living & comfort The living area is warm and welcoming, with a log fire creating the perfect setting for cosy evenings in. Whether you’re curling up with a film, reading a book, or enjoying time together, this space is designed for relaxation. Bathroom The cottage includes a modern bathroom fitted with both a bath and an overhead shower, giving you the option of a quick refresh or a long soak after a day out exploring. Entertainment & extras For something a little more fun, the dedicated games room is a real highlight of the property. It features a pool table, dart board, and arcade machine, great for friendly competition and keeping everyone entertained, whatever the weather. Other things to note No parking round the back of the cottages. Stair gate provided. No EV charging. Penalty fee of £100 if breached. Log fire starter kit provided in winter months October-April. In out of season months it can still be used but logs need to be purchased by guests. Nearest shop 4 minute walk to post office. Hot Tub – Important Information & Rules - Use the hot tub at your own risk at all times - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - No glass, food, or sharp objects in or around the hot tub - Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed excessive alcohol - No jumping or diving into the hot tub - Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, to respect neighbours after 9pm. -No music - Replace the cover after use to maintain heat and cleanliness - Do not adjust any settings or tamper with the controls If the water appears unclean or there are any issues, please inform us straight away Be mindful of neighbours after 9pm in hot tub and games room. Keep noise to a minimum
