Guests have access to a large bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of parking room on site. The Townhouse is in a quiet cul-de-sac with several medical professionals as neighbors. Downtown is 10 minutes away, RTC center, Redmond and Floyd hospitals and Berry College. Biking and hiking near by. Your room is private with a keyed door. Guests share a full bath with a double vanity separate shower and toilet area, along with a half bath on the main floor. Towels are provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for your home stay. There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap. We have bikes available if you would like to bike along the Barry campus trails that start across the street from our townhouse. Free Wifi and basic cable TV is available. Guest share access to the entire condo except sleeping quarters which are keyed access. There is a $75 fee for loss of key or locking yourself out of your room. Please be responsible for your key. Feel free to use all kitchen amenities. Help yourself to the coffee, creamer and tea! Washer and dryer and laundry soap are for you to use. Wifi available. Basic cable and 55" Smart TV in the living room. My wife and I are available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. We want your stay to be comfortable and memorable. Our townhouse is in a great part of town close to the Berry mall and grocery stores just minutes away. Also great places to eat that also deliver to your door. A unique restaurant we enjoy is Schroders Deli or the Harvest Moon Cafe. You will need a car to get around to all of these great places. There is Uber and Lyft available also. There is video surveillance on site for your safety.
