Cute Cozy Summer Cottage, walk to town and the bay

Cozy cottage, great in the summertime, walk to everything. Central AC/Heat, sunroom, gas range, wood burning stove, outdoor shower, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, washer/dryer, grill. Feel free to use the tandem kayak, surf boards (which can also be used as paddle boards), bikes, and the beach stuff (umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, towels) for no extra charge. The space 5 minute walk to the bay, 5 minute drive (15 minute bike) to the ocean, 2 minute walk to town (liquor, pubs, deli, takeout, parks). Guest access Entire house Other things to note The second bathroom is across from the washer/dryer. There is no cable in the house but you can access your Netflix account by turning on the tv and clicking the Netflix button. The description says there are three beds, please note one of these is a couch that folds into a bed located in the sunroom. There are also two couches in the living room, one is a couch bed. Feel free to use the surf boards, tandem kayak, bikes and beach umbrella/chairs.
