The space The Space Once known locally as Brough's village store, this characterful stone and brick property was thoughtfully converted into two dwellings and now offers comfortable accommodation with plenty of charm. The welcoming lounge-diner provides a cosy space to unwind after a day of exploring, with sofas, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The dining area seats four and connects to a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs you'll find: • A comfortable double bedroom • A twin bedroom ideal for children or friends • A family bathroom with bath and overhead shower Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed rear yard with outdoor seating, perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink after a day on the coast. A travel cot and highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot bedding). Other things to note • The property is arranged over two floors and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. • Free on-street parking is available in the layby outside. • A travel cot and highchair are available on request for a small additional charge. Please bring your own cot bedding. • The enclosed rear yard provides a private outdoor space for guests to enjoy. • Brough's is ideally located for exploring the Northumberland coast, with Druridge Bay, Amble and Warkworth all within easy reach.
