A light airy and cosy 3 bed Victorian Cottage, with plenty of off-road parking and only 5 minutes from the sea and town centre. Well equipped kitchen/diner and cosy lounge with wood burner. A beautiful courtyard/garden complete with chimenea, chair, tables and large Summer House with TV. Our cottage has plenty of parking and is completely kitted out for a wonderful family stay by the sea. 1 well behaved dog welcome. The space Downstairs A large hallway with plenty of room for coats and shoes, leading off this is a cosy lounge with wood burning stove, two, 3 seater sofas (one of which coverts into a double sofa bed) and TV. Beyond this is a well equipped kitchen/diner with table large enough to seat 8. There's a double oven, halogen hob, washing machine, American style double fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher. There's plenty of cupboard space and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you would expect. Outside At the back of the house is the courtyard and garden, which is a beautiful place to relax and has a fully working chimenea which doubles up as a cosy fire you can all huddle round. At the back of the courtyard is a large Summerhouse. with a TV, desk and day bed/sofa. Upstairs There are three bedrooms in total (one with ensuite) and a family bathroom. Bedroom one is a double with plenty of cupboard space and and ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. Bedroom two is a smaller single. Bedroom three is another smaller single. The family bathroom has a bath with integrated shower, sink and toilet.
