This unique beach house is perfectly situated right by the sand dunes and sea at the end of a private road in the large village of Heacham. It is absolutely wonderful for a memorable family beach holiday, or for just lazing peacefully and getting away from it all. With wooden cladding inside the Beach House makes for a cosy winter retreat to nestle into for a break away. The new outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to experience the incredible sea views and fantastic sunsets over the Wash all year round (the only area in Norfolk that faces west so you can see the sunset over the water!). Birdwatchers can see the wildlife from the adjoining RSPB reserve and water sport enthusiasts and excited children have literally only a few yards to reach the unspoilt sandy beach. The open plan living area works as an ideal social space and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, and allows fantastic access and views to the beach and sea Beach House offers two comfortable double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have views over the grassy surroundings including the real house boats opposite! The bathroom has shower over bath, wash basin and w.c. Bed linen included for WEEKLY bookings only. For shorter stays you can either bring your own bed linen and towels or pay the cleaners cost price of £18 per double bed or £12 per single bed. The village of Heacham offers many services including numerous restaurants, pubs, takeaways, petrol station, riding stables, amusement parks, tennis club, hairdressers, bakery, chemist and mini supermarket. Norfolk Lavender and Fred's soft play gym can also be found here (a big hit for young children). A short drive away there is a whole host of award winning pubs to enjoy as well as some fantastic shopping in Burnham Market and Holt. Just a short drive away are award winning beaches as well as the Sandringham estate. Although it's not a private beach it feels like it as there are so few people wandering on this part.
