Authentic country house, preserved in its original condition. Here, there is no renovation or upscale amenities: the accommodation is rustic, old, but functional with the essentials for a quiet stay. Located in the heart of a village of 300 inhabitants, 8 minutes from Bourbonne-les-Bains, right next to the church. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the silence and the countryside. If you are looking for modern comfort, this place is not suitable for you. The space Welcome to our country house! Our house is ideal for sharing a stay with family or friends. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms: A first bedroom equipped with a double bed. A second bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed, and an extra bed. On the ground floor, the house has two living rooms: A reading room with two armchairs, perfect for a relaxing moment. A large living room with a large sofa that can accommodate more than 10 people. The house is equipped with a single TV, located in the dining room, with DTT channels. Important Information: Please bring your own linens (and towels if needed). We ask that you leave the house clean and tidy upon checkout. Full cleaning is only done once a week. That's why no cleaning fee is charged. We therefore count on everyone to respect the premises and leave them in a clean condition for the next occupants. We hope you enjoy your stay in our country house! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and can use all the rooms during their stay. We simply ask that you respect the premises, the furniture and the equipment so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and well-maintained house. Other things to note This house is above all our family country home. We chose to keep its authentic spirit rather than turn it into a standard rental. It is simple, cozy, and fully functional, and we still regularly spend a few weekends there with our children and friends. It's a place where we like to get together and enjoy good times as a group. We hope you enjoy this friendly atmosphere and take care of the house as if it were your own. The house does not have an adjoining garden. We own a plot of land a few meters away, but unfortunately we don't have time to maintain it regularly, so it's not set up for guests to use. You can easily park your vehicle right in front of the house, on the lawn.
