Guest access Access to the property can be made through two entrances: one from the main street and another from the back street, where it is possible to park the car and enter through the access gate. Guests have access to all areas of the house, except for the garage. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES - Visits and Access Policy Due to insurance policy issues and responsibility allocation, the entry of external persons or visits not included in the reservation is strictly prohibited, regardless of the time or duration of stay. Access to the property is exclusive to citizens duly registered at the time of booking. ***** - Legal Obligation of Identification In accordance with current national legislation (specifically Law No. 23/2007, of July 4, and Ordinance No. 415/2008, of June 11), all foreign and national guests are required to provide their identification data. Therefore, presentation of a passport or the respective civil identification document will be requested upon arrival. ***** - Events and Celebrations Parties, social gatherings, or any type of event are not permitted on the property. ***** - Pets We regret to inform you that the property does not meet the conditions to accommodate pets, therefore their presence is not permitted. ***** - Air Conditioning and Fireplace Use The use of the fireplace located in the living room is prohibited between the beginning of April and the end of October. If weather conditions require it, we request that you use the electric heating devices available in the residence. ***** - Mobility and Transportation Given the scarcity of public transportation in the area, it is strongly advised that guests travel in their own vehicle (car or motorcycle) to ensure complete autonomy of movement in the region.
