Guests must park in garage or on concrete pad behind house at all times. NO street parking or parking on asphalt driveway. Please message with any questions! Guests have the entire basement apartment as their private space. Vehicle(s) must be parked in garage of on concrete pad behind the house at all times. Larger vehicles may have difficulty navigating around the corner to the back of the house, but experienced drivers will be fine. We’ve had 15 passenger vans and a food truck park there. (< 2 mi.) from I-80, restaurants (Ichibans Japanese Steakhouse), fast food, two parks, and grocery store (Smiths). We live at the edge of a safe, quiet subdivision with calming, rustic views from almost every room. Just 7-8 min. (3 mi.) from downtown with lots of local mom & pop shops like Wonderful Inn, Paff’s, Mother Mae’s Kitchen, For Pete’s SAKE, Suds Brothers Brewery, and Ana’s. Plus a Walmart, a Rec. Center (Evanston Parks and Recreation), and the Bear River Greenway (ice skate on the lake in winter, paddle in summer).
