The space This is a single-story house.You will have two rooms—one Japanese-style room (6 tatami mats) and one Western-style room (6 tatami mats)—as your private space.The living room, toilet, bath, and washroom are shared with the owner. The western-style room is fully equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioning.The Japanese-style room can be adequately heated and cooled using the air conditioner in the Western-style room. In the Western-style room, we have provided a PlayStation 5 so that you can work while connected to the Wi-Fi or enjoy playing games.We also have a cockpit specially designed for Gran Turismo, so you can enjoy an authentic racing game experience. Guest access You will have two rooms—one Japanese-style room (6 tatami mats) and one Western-style room (6 tatami mats)—as your private space.The living room, toilet, bath, and washroom are shared with the owner. Access to the owner's bedroom and kitchen is not permitted. During your stay If you would like to go fishing on the breakwater during your stay, we can lend you a fishing rod and reel free of charge.You will need to purchase items such as lures and bait separately at a local tackle shop.If you'd like, we can also guide you to the fishing spot if you contact us in advance. If you'd like to use the PlayStation or play board games in the playroom, please ask the owner. Meals are served in the living room.We can also provide alcoholic beverages for a fee, or you are welcome to bring your own favorite drinks.Ice and glasses are available for use at no cost. Other things to note Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the facility.If you are smoking, please go outside. Guests who have stayed at the property may be asked to leave immediately if, despite being warned by the owner that their behavior is problematic, no improvement is observed.In this case, we will not refund the nightly rate.
