The space This brand new cottage features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a private entrance for complete seclusion. Inside, the space is cosy, bright, and elegant, with all modern conveniences including washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, tv and free Wifi. There is also air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable all year round. Linen and towels are provided, so you can pack light and settle in with ease. Outdoor living is a highlight. Enjoy the large covered deck with a barbecue, perfectly positioned to overlook landscaped gardens filled with pretty flowers—ideal for morning coffee, relaxed meals, or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. Guest access Easy access with a private entrance just minutes from shops, entertainment and excellent transport links - bus and rail. Cardiff train station, on the main line from Sydney to Newcastle, is less 1.5kms away and there is a bus stop less than 200m from the property. Other things to note Despite the secluded feel, convenience is just around the corner. Local shops and restaurants are about a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a nice meal out. If you’re in the mood for entertainment, Wests & Cardiff RSL are within 10 minutes walking distance and you’ll find live music venues including Warner At The Bay and Warners Bay Hotel, roughly 10 minutes drive away. Don’t forget to spend some qualtity time on beautiful Warners bay foreshore. Visit the many cafes and restaurants, or just take your time walking and enjoying the breath-taking scenery. For a sun-soaked day by the sea, picturesque beaches are around a 20-minute drive from the cottage. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at Shortland Golf Course, about 10 minutes by car, and for any medical needs, the Hunter Hospital is also accessible in approximately 15 minutes.
