Stay in a lovingly renovated former stable in the historic center of a traditional Valais mountain village—perfect for relaxing days in the mountains. Guest access Downhill and cross-country skis can be stored in the shed. Other things to note The train station is just a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the valley station for the Aletsch region (Fiescheralp, Bettmeralp, and Riederalp) in 30 minutes. The cross-country ski trail is just a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the Fürgangen–Bellwald valley station in just 15 minutes by train. From there, the cable car takes you directly to the Bellwald Bike Park. Reckingen is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. The Grimsel, Furka, and Nufenen passes are also within easy reach.
