The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with 4 burners, an oven and a dishwasher, and offers everything you need for an independent stay. There is also a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and sink on the first floor. Overall, the villa offers a pleasant and flexible room layout and is ideal for couples, families or small groups. Note on occupancy: The accommodation is comfortably designed for up to 4 guests. A 5th person can sleep on the corner sofa in the living area. On the first floor there are two cozy, separate bedrooms. Both rooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space in closets, so that clothes and personal items can be conveniently stored. The bedrooms offer a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and are ideal for restful nights after an eventful day. The larger of the two bedrooms also impresses with a beautiful view of Akbük and the sea – ideal for starting or ending the day with a special view. There is also another modern bathroom on this floor, which is similar to the bathroom on the first floor. It is equipped with a toilet, shower and sink and ensures that there is sufficient comfort and flexibility even when fully occupied. The outdoor area of the villa is a real highlight and invites you to linger and enjoy. A spacious infinity pool offers impressive views of the surrounding forest and the sea – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the tranquility of the surroundings. The entire outdoor area is completely designed with travertine, which gives it a particularly high-quality, Mediterranean and timeless atmosphere. Right next to the pool is a barbecue area, ideal for evenings outdoors with family or friends.
