Other things to note Things to Know Before Booking We want to be transparent so you can decide if our place is the right fit for your stay: Water softener: Our home has a water softener that automatically runs a regeneration cycle at approximately 1:00 a.m. During this time, you may hear some water flow or mechanical noise. Most guests aren't bothered by it, but light sleepers may notice it. Lift station: The property has a lift station that periodically pumps wastewater as needed. When it activates, it produces a brief noise. This is a normal part of the home's plumbing system, but it's worth noting if you're particularly sensitive to sounds while sleeping. We believe in being upfront about these minor household systems so there are no surprises during your stay.
