The Barn - Newtown Linford

Newtown Linford, Leicestershire is at the gateway to Bradgate Deer Park (Home of Lady Jane Grey) in beautiful Charnwood Forest. Stunning Walks, Cycling and Horse Riding & local Golf courses. We are within walking distance of National Trust 'Stoneywell' House and the ruins of Lady Jane Greys ancestral home. Leicester has the National Space Centre and Richard III visitor centre. 'Battle of Bosworth' Field centre, Whitwick Monastery, Heritage Great Central Railway and Mountsorrel Granite/Farm Park The space The Barn is spacious for two guests, but can accommodate 3 persons (depending on the make-up of the party and sleeping arrangements), with a double-bed and two settees, we can provide a fold-away bed, which is more suitable for children or short-stay guests. The Barn has Wi-Fi, TV, Fridge (chiller) Kettle (Tea & Coffee ) and Toaster which provide guests with some home comforts. IMPORTANT Please advise Andrew & Casey if additional Guest Beds are required. There is an ensuite Shower Room, Toilet and Wash-basin. Please note that the headroom in the ensuite is limited for taller guests. Very tall guests may find this unsuitable. A Telephone Intercom is available for guests to contact the hosts 7.00am to 8.00pm when available The Entrance to barn is from the Garden Patio which guests may use with the owners permission. There is also a garden top observatory which guest are welcome to use, but please contact hosts - Thank-you Voile and Roman blinds fitted throughout the Barn Guest access The Barn can be accessed by Door Key secured in a MasterSafe on the wall of the Barn. Access Code will be advised to Guest prior to arrival. Guests should always place the key in the MasterSafe when leaving the Barn for safe-keeping. Please ensure that all Garden & Outside lights are switched off before retiring Other things to note We have a shared parking space in front of the cottage however if you have a very large vehicle please contact the hosts prior to arrival as access is limited. When you arrive please park on the road opposite the Barn and Cottage. Thank-you!
