Located two blocks from the beaches and the Provençal market, it offers an ideal location for a stay on the Côte d’Azur. The space This fully renovated apartment is nestled in the heart of the historic center of Antibes, on a typical little street where you can find the authentic charm of the old town. The space has been designed for 4 people, with a soft, modern and bright atmosphere, ideal for a stay close to the ramparts, the Provençal market and the beaches. Inside, the renovation highlights a cozy and contemporary spirit: an elegant kitchen, a dining area bathed in light, a comfortable sleeping area and thoughtful decor that immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is modern and very well arranged, perfect for enjoying Antibes in comfortable accommodation. For sleeping, you will have a double bed in an alcove and a sofa bed for 2 people. It is important to note that the accommodation is located on the 1st floor of an old building, accessible by a fairly steep staircase. It's part of the charm of the historic buildings in the center, but it's best to be aware of it before booking. Once you are settled in, you can enjoy a cozy and modern nest, an exceptional location and a tastefully renovated apartment, ideal for discovering Antibes on foot, living to the rhythm of the historic center and enjoying a getaway by the sea. Please note that the air conditioning will be out of service until June 15. Guest access You will have private access to the whole apartment. Access to the apartment will be independent using a key box. You will receive the information on the day of your arrival at 4 pm. Check-ins start at 5 pm and checkouts are by 11 am at the latest. During the high season, we will unfortunately not be able to move the check-in time forward or the check-out time back, as the cleaning teams have many apartments to prepare. Other things to note After you book, you will be offered cancellation insurance. This will allow you, if you subscribe to it, to be reimbursed for cancellation fees if you unfortunately have to cancel. This option is of course optional.
