The space This is a welcoming, peaceful, cosy cottage in a beautiful village; perfect for a relaxing weekend away or a week or more to enjoy the surrounding area and all it has to offer: Newmarket horse racing, punting in Cambridge, beautiful countryside walks and cycling, shopping in the cathedral market town of Bury St Edmunds and much more. Self-serve breakfast will be provided; cereals, toast & jams, tea & coffee. I also have a double bedroom; this is on a separate listing with Airbnb. Guest access Downstairs loo, kitchen for breakfast, hall, stairs, landing and upstairs shared bathroom. During your stay This is a family-friendly home. I have lived with my, now grown-up, children in Moulton for the past 14 years, (18 years in the Newmarket area). Prior to having children I have lived and travelled all over the world and would welcome fellow travellers! I would be delighted to help you with any enquiries regarding the surrounding area, Newmarket horse racing, local pubs/restaurants, walks, shopping etc. and to make your stay as relaxing as possible for you. Other things to note If you find this single room is booked for the dates you require, I also have 2 double rooms, and if available, I am open to negotiation for single occupancy. Check-in time is after 2pm. Please inform me of your ETA prior to arrival. Check-out time is by 10am on the morning of departure. There are coffee and tea making facilities in the room. I also have two double bedrooms on a separate listing with Airbnb. I have a friendly West Highland terrier who always lives in the conservatory and garden - not in the house. The bathroom is a shared bathroom.
