Our guesthouse was built by my parents, with the idea that it would be similar to the viking houses in the old days : a big open space, divided in three parts. It's nothing too fancy, but all basic necessities are here ! You also have access to two extra bathrooms and showers, and a sauna. The farm has horses, sheep, chicken and dogs roaming around ! The accommodation is strategically located, about one hour from Reykjavik, from the black sand beaches of Vik, and from the Golden circle. The space Whatever your interest: overnight stay, a riding vacation, a sightseeing excursion or longer stay in conjunction with the activities on the farm, you are welcome. Guest access You can park directly next to the guesthouse. There are a sauna and two extra showers next to the guesthouse available for guests. You have access to the garden, with its wooden tables to sit at. Other things to note Guests are welcome to visit the stables were the horses and sheep are in winter, as long as they ask the working personnel. In summer, horses and sheep are roaming around in fields surrounding the houses. Guests are welcome to visit them if they want. We also have two Icelandic sheep dogs that are very friendly !
