Small vacation home with proximity to both the harbor with restaurants (1 km) and swimming (500 m to Sunnanöviken). Cabin: 35 sqm with sleeping loft 14 sqm (note: no standing height in the loft). One bedroom with double bed (140x200) and two single beds in the loft. The loft ladder is a simple wooden ladder (see picture) and therefore not recommended for small children. Kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is fully equipped minus dishwasher. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi is missing but mobile broadband works well. Air heat pump with AC is available. The space There is a possibility to rent kayaks (2) from the landlord. SEK 150 per day/kayak. Three old bicycles can be used freely, but the host is not responsible for service/safety in the event of a fault with the bicycles On the property, there is another cabin that the landlord sometimes uses - even during the rental period Other things to note In the spring of 2023, work will begin on building a conservatory on the existing terrace. By the summer of 2023, the terrace will have a conservatory frame and a corrugated plastic roof, but no glass sections in the walls yet. The conservatory will be completed in the autumn.
