Those staying will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The bungalow has its own separate entrance with the provision of external security cameras. The space On entering the back door, there is a small utility area , leading on into the kitchen/ sitting area space with 2 french doors opening up onto the mountain view. The kitchen leads onto the hallway, where on the left is the sitting room with the front door straight ahead. As one walks down the hallway there is a hotpress on the right followed by the first bedroom. Opposite the first bedroom is the main bathroom and continuing along the hall is the second bedroom on the left and the third main bedroom/ensuite to the right. Next to the main bedroom is the fourth bedroom with all four bedrooms enjoying garden/mountain views. Guest access I am happy to meet you in person and give you the keys and answer any questions. Other things to note The bungalow is bright and spacious with wonderful views of the countryside from every window and door. You can enjoy watching, from the kitchen window, the trains in the distance, as they travel between Cork and Dublin. The bungalow is approximately 2 km from the village of Churchtown. 50 metres to the left of the bungalow is Walshestown Eggs supplying farm fresh, free range eggs. In the village of Churchtown, you will see many beautiful stone buildings such as St Nickolas' Church and the community hall. The village has a grocery shop and deli, a lovely café called Kerry Lane café in the centre of the village, Boss Murphy's pub and Max Bites Fast food takeaway restaurant. The nearest towns are Buttevant, (approximately 7 km) in the direction of Cork city and Charleville (approximately 9km) in the direction of Limerick city. Doneraile House and Park is approximately 10 km away. The Donkey sanctuary in Liscarroll is also approximately 10km away. Cahir, Co.Tipperary is a beautiful town 60km from the bungalow with Cahir Castle, and a lovely walkway, approximately 2km from the castle to the Swiss Cottage. The Rock of Cashel is 10km from Cahir and is a lovely town to visit with coffee shops, clothes shops and great views of the galtee mountains as you travel between towns. Other lovely day trips include a visit to Charles Fort military fortress, in Kinsale, Co. Cork built in 1682 , or, a visit to Doolin, Co. Clare, and catch the return day ferry to Inis Oirr ( the smallest of the Aran Islands) and take in the Cliffs of Moher on the return journey back to Doolin or a visit to Muckross House and Gardens in Killarney, Co. Kerry .
