La Casuca del Alto. House 10 minutes from Santander

A recently renovated old stone house that exudes tranquility. Located 10 minutes by car from Santander, 12 minutes from the beaches of Liencres, La Arnia, San Juan de la Canal... and the Costa Quebrada Geopark, and 22 minutes from the Cabarceno Nature Park. The Maoño area offers different paths for walking, and the Alto de la Gigüela Route, with beautiful views, begins one kilometer from the house. There are various supermarkets and restaurants within a 4 km radius. The space The house has a large living/dining room and a kitchen where you can enjoy pleasant moments. It has an outdoor dining area on its spacious porch and a patio with a gas grill and an outdoor shower. You can park a car in the courtyard, but there's no problem parking in front of the house. It has one room with a double bed on the ground floor and three more rooms on the first floor: one room with a double bed, another room with a single bed, and another room with two single beds. Each room has a fan. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and a full bathroom with a tub on the upper floor. Other things to note The house has an enclosed patio where you could park one vehicle, but there is no problem parking more vehicles outside the house.
