Dinghy school and gymnastics. Friendly and easy. The space The accommodation is divided between two houses. The cottage is approximately 40 sqm and the guest house is 15 sqm. The cabin has hot and cold running water. Fireplace for candles, not for a bonfire, and a kitchen equipped with most things. Cool, small bedroom with a space-saving loft bed. Nice step ladder and good Wi-Fi. On the porch, 6 people can sit close together, but most of the time, people eat outside on the large deck. Patio for 10 people, barbecue and 3 parasols. In the guest house, which we call Oscar, there is electricity and a stable place built for the double bed. Step ladder, outdoor furniture for 4 people and parasol. Guest access You will have access to the cottage, the shed, the basement, the storage shed, and the middle door in the shed (shower and toilet) Other things to note This is a simpler cottage built in the early 1940s. IMPORTANT: The water system and electricity are fragile and cannot be overloaded without shutting down. Please take quick showers, 2 minutes max. Don't charge multiple phones, blow-dry your hair, have the radio on, and make coffee & popcorn in the microwave all at once. Then it'll blow. The guest brings their own bed linens, kitchen towel and bath towels. Please take care of the house and clean up after yourselves. Life jackets and hammocks in the shed are available to borrow; just put them back. Please do not hang the hammocks in the apple trees - they are old and the roots cannot support the weight.
