Detached house in a quiet hamlet with only a few inhabitants, surrounded by a large wooded land of 4200m2. With a view of Pelvoux and the Ecrins chain. Great site surrounded by peaks of up to 4000 metres. In its lower part, this wild and flat terrain borders a stream. In its upper part its even more beautiful with its flowers and a dining area on a shaded garden and with a barbecue. The house from the 17th century has kept its authentic character. The apartment has earned the label of Hautes-Alpes. It is surrounded by balconies on its four facades. It is completely independent on the first floor and it has two independent accesses, a garden on one side and a pathway on the other side (We reserve the ground floor which not subject to rental). The property can house up to 10 people but it can be reduced to 8 in certain periods since one of the bedrooms can be closed upon request: see note on the prices tab. The area of Ecrins is after Chamonix, the second largest mountain complex in France. In its territory it counts with the Ecrins National Park which offers a variety of mountain landscapes, wildlife, flowers, geology, architecture and a climate that make Savoyards jealous. Pelvoux-les Ecrins, is a gate into the mythical Pré de Mme Carle where you can see the confluence of black and white glaciers, this is the starting point for many prestigious races. The top of Pelvoux (3942m) is what gave it its name and the close proximity to the National Park is its best attribute. We are located in a hamlet with only an few houses, Fangeas is at 2.5 km North from Valloise. Tree labels: 3 star rating. Village-Nature, by the city, awarded by the Department of Environment. Natura 2000, because of the valley, first in France and awarded by the European Union. Our detached house is in a quiet hamlet, yet with close access to the station and its facilities, Pelvoux is at 400 metres. It is at 8km from Puy Sain Vicent (there are free shuttles at 80 metres from the house during winter). Vallouise is at 2500 metres, accessible by footpath or car.
