The space Enjoy an exceptional setting where nature is omnipresent: a large wooded area with an orchard, from which you can pick fruit depending on the season, a large pond (swimming is prohibited), bordered by reeds where dragonflies dance, as well as the Iton River, which runs alongside the property. You can swim there and, in compliance with the regulations in force, go fishing. Access and location - The house is easily accessible and enjoys an ideal location on the Verneuil-sur-Avre/Damville axis. - Évreux is 20 minutes away. - Verneuil-sur-Avre nearby. - Many tourist sites, forests and charming villages to discover in the surrounding area. An ideal place for families or groups of friends to get together, unwind and fully enjoy the authentic charms of Normandy. Guest access A booklet about the accommodation and how to access it will be sent to you 5 days before your arrival Other things to note Good to know: The house enjoys a pleasant and green setting. As in many municipalities, a slight traffic noise can be noticeable from the garden on weekdays, mainly during the departure and return times from work. If you want to take a walk or swim in the Iton, we recommend wearing water shoes, especially if you have sensitive feet. The bottom of the river is made up of pebbles and flint, which can make walking less comfortable. Septic tank sanitation: Wastewater is disposed of through a septic tank. Please do NOT throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper**: wipes, sanitary pads, cotton swabs, paper towels, or any other waste are strictly prohibited. Please be careful to avoid any risk of blockage or malfunction.
