The space THE AREA Set within the beautiful Midford Valley, Monkton Combe captures the timeless charm of the English countryside, with its distinctive Bath stone architecture, ancient woodland and peaceful surroundings. Beautiful walks begin almost on the doorstep, including routes through the Midford Valley and along the nearby Kennet & Avon Canal. Just a short stroll away, the award-winning Wheelwrights Arms is the perfect place to enjoy lunch, dinner or a drink, while the many attractions of Bath are just minutes away. THE ROOM A beautifully furnished room with soft, warm tones, quality furnishings and a luxurious king-size bed, creating a calm and relaxing space to unwind. The room has exclusive use of a private shower room outside the bedroom a few metres down the hallway, together with access to a dedicated workspace in the adjoining office—ideal for remote working or simply enjoying a quiet place to relax. the room is on the ground floor (We don't offer kitchen facilities.) SHARED GARDEN Relax in the green, leafy garden shared across our 4 guest rooms. Enjoy a book in the hammock, have your morning coffee on the comfortable chairs or enjoy a meal under the shadow of the tree.
