Welcome to Le Perchoir d'Hardelot! Refurbished, our cozy space is on the 3rd floor of the historic villa "Les Diablotins". Enjoy a panoramic sea view from the large furnished balcony. This duplex combines exposed beams and modernity: a dining area facing the ocean, a desk under a skylight, and a superb walk-in shower. See you soon, Héloïse and Matthieu The space 🌊 Le Perchoir d'Hardelot: your sea-view cocoon 🏡 Recently renovated with great care, our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the famous historic villa "Les Diablotins", now known as the villa "Manchester". ✨ When we leave the hustle and bustle of Lille to recharge our batteries as a family, this is where we put down our suitcases. We designed it as a true refuge, combining the charm of the exposed frame with modern amenities. Your living spaces during the stay: 🌅 The panoramic balcony: Our favorite. We have installed a beautiful wooden floor, some small garden furniture, and a small table so that you can admire the beach and the rooftops of Hardelot, from your first coffee to sunset. ☕ 🍽️ The living room: A cozy space with a large table for sharing your meals facing the ocean, and a perfectly equipped open kitchen (with a Dolce Gusto machine). 🍳 For gourmet and convivial moments, a plancha and a raclette set are also at your disposal! 🍳🧀 🛏️ The master bedroom: Bathed in light thanks to its skylight, it has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bright headboard with integrated sockets (USB-A/USB-C). ⛺ The "cabin" style bedroom: Nestled in the attic, this second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) is a cozy space that children (and adults!) love. 🧸 💻 The office area: If you need to work remotely, a dedicated desk under a skylight offers you a quiet space. 🚿 The bathroom: Completely redesigned, it now offers a beautiful walk-in shower with elegant sea green tiles. 💧 🎲 Entertainment and relaxation: For your evenings or when you return from the beach, we leave at your disposal some books for adults as well as board games for enjoying quality time together. 🧩 🍼 An apartment designed for families: Coming very regularly with our 3-year-old daughter, we know what makes life easier for parents! The accommodation is secure, and we provide you with everything you need: high chair, children's dishes, small portable bathtub and toilet reducer. You will also find some children's books and Mega Bloks to entertain them. We can also prepare a travel cot for you on request. 🧸 🚗 Where will I park my car? A private parking space is fully reserved for you. It is right in front of the building entrance, which is very convenient for unloading luggage. P️ 🛏️ Do I need to bring my own sheets? The beds will be made upon your arrival and towels are provided. ✨ 🗝️ How do I collect the keys? We (or our co-host) will be there to welcome you, hand you the keys, and share our best recommendations with you. 🤝 🧴 Do I need to bring my toiletries? To allow you to travel lighter, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided directly on site! 🛁 The property is completely non-smoking.
