The air conditioned kitchen features a new dishwasher and countertops along with full fridge and stove. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining wares for 4 guests. The spacious air conditioned living room has two chairs and a large comfy sofa along with a 55 inch Smart TV. The living room also features a very large screened window with blackout curtains. The large bathroom features a new tub shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is fully stocked to provide soaps, shampoo, conditioner, detergent and towels/wash clothes. Each bedroom has a queen beds, dresser and a designated work area with a desk and comfortable office chair. Each bedroom has a large screen window facing the forested area in the backyard. Guest access The duplex has a private entry and no areas are shared. The guests have full access to the right side of property and right side of driveway. Other things to note This is a duplex with two private residences in a quiet neighborhood so we ask that our guests be mindful of noise between 10 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Our guests have full and exclusive access to the right side of outside property and right side of driveway.
