Charming Art Deco Villa near Todi Countryside

In this villa, we offer a stay immersed in the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by nature and peace. Set on a hilltop, it overlooks woods, fields, olive groves and medieval towers. The 1930s villa lies within the family farm estate, with two small lakes, a large olive grove and farmland. Guests can stroll the estate and relax among olive trees, enjoying olive oil tastings at the family-run Terre di Todi mill. The space Our villa will be a unique retreat for you, welcoming you with understated elegance that will make you feel right at home. We have preserved the furnishings intact to maintain the authentic taste and charm that this 1930s manor villa still retains today. What characterizes the style of this country residence is the wonderful terrace overlooking the park with centuries-old trees and a stunning view of the olive groves, where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with a fireplace and a relaxation area with TV; a bright dining room; and a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and a larger one with two sinks and a jacuzzi. On the second and top floor there is a beautiful tower room with a double bed. All rooms are illuminated by large, high-quality windows overlooking the park. For leisure and relaxation, guests can choose whether to unwind in the gazebo within the park or stay in the coolness of the tavern, where a billiard room is also available. Just 3 km away, you’ll find an excellent restaurant with a café, perfect for breakfast, aperitifs, and dinner. Its location is ideal for exploring some of Umbria’s main destinations: Perugia (and its airport) is 40 km away, Lake Trasimeno 50 km, Assisi and Spoleto about 45 km, Orvieto 30 km, and the Marmore Falls 40 km. To taste our olive oil, guests are invited to visit our family mill just a few kilometers from the villa. We are also happy to recommend local wineries for food and wine experiences.
