The bright living and sleeping area is modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers a spacious king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) for restful nights and maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with everything you need for your stay – whether for a hearty breakfast, small meals or a relaxing evening at the accommodation. The modern bathroom impresses with a pleasant, high-quality ambience. A special highlight is the private terrace, which offers you additional space to relax – perfect for starting the day quietly or ending the evening comfortably. Guest access What is available to you in the accommodation During your stay, the entire studio is exclusively at your disposal – including a private terrace for relaxing. You can use the fully equipped kitchen, the modern bathroom, the cozy living and sleeping area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and free Wi-Fi at any time. In addition, free parking is available directly on the premises. The surrounding walking, running, and cycling paths, as well as the free swimming lake just 200 meters away, also invite you to enjoy the surroundings in a relaxed way.
