Lyr - a paradise island far out in the Western Sea that you can reach with a short ferry ride. Belongs to Orust and is located right next to Mollösund and Nösund and Tjörn. House, 50 sqm + guesthouse 10 sqm. Bedroom with double bed (160cm), smaller bedroom with one bed. Shed. Kitchen; dishwasher, stove (convection), microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Shower/toilet in a simple design. Outdoor shower (hot water). Outdoor toilet. Outdoor areas facing southeast and a porch facing west. Barbecue + hammock. 100 meters to the island's best swimming and cliffs. Beach and cliff bath. The space The plot, with lawn, is ideal for children and adults. Plenty of room for soccer, badminton. A tree house is in a tree and lots of rocks to climb. Our house is secluded, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Behind the house, there is a mountain where you can see the sunset over Mollösund, Kärringön and Måseskär. Less than 100 meters to fantastic cliffs, swimming and docks. On the island you can play mini golf, sail, rent a boat, hike, sunbathe, swim, kayak, ride a horse and eat good dinners at Bryggvingen. Guest access Access to the whole house and guest house Other things to note The house has an outdoor shower with hot water connected to it. Outdoor toilet about 25 meters from the house. No water toilet inside the house. Guests clean all areas upon departure. The guest brings their own towels and bed linens for the stay.
