The property with sun terrace, garden furniture, grill and lawn offers you an ideal environment for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The sunny terrace faces southwest. A parking space is located on the property right by the house. The apartment is located in a central quiet location of the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom. The beach, the center of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier, etc.), the coastal forest and the Bernsteintherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area and beach sauna) are a few minutes' walk away. Shops are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques...). The palate is also catered for: restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, Irish pubs, etc. are very close by. Shopping to your heart's content is very possible: boutiques, souvenir shops, bookstores... everything can be found.
