Holiday home Freuck near the Baltic Sea

For your Baltic Sea or cultural vacation with friends or family, my vacation home offers an ideal starting point. The apartment can accommodate 3 people with 1 bedroom. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment and only very limited cell phone reception. The house is not suitable for fitters/craftsmen. Unfortunately, I only speak German and can therefore only accommodate German-speaking guests. The space The vacation home is equipped for 3 people and is therefore ideally suited for families with a (school) child or couples. In the living room there is a (pull-out) couch and the staircase to the sleeping loft. You can watch TV via satellite connection or play board games. A radio with CD player is also provided. The staircase to the attic is equipped with a space-saving staircase. Therefore, the house is only partially suitable for older people. In the attic is the bedroom, where you will find a 1.60 m x 2 m double bed and a 90 cm single bed. There is also a sleeping chair (90 cm wide), which can serve as a mattress for another person if necessary. Bed linen is included in the rental price. The kitchen in the cottage is equipped with everything you need for self-catering and a little more. In addition to a refrigerator and a small stove with 2 hotplates, you will find small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, etc. Of course, dishes and cutlery are also available in sufficient quantity. The dining area is conveniently located directly in the kitchen. The seating area also offers great space for evenings on the game board. From the windows of the living room and kitchen you can look directly into a small vegetable garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Towels are included in the rental price. The seating area (outside) is located in a protected area next to the house. There you will find a grill, a table and corresponding garden seating. A parking space and a shelter for bicycles right by the house are also available. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi in the house and with some mobile networks no good cell phone reception. The house is not suitable for fitters/craftsmen.
