It offers beautiful views of the sea and the village and plenty of outdoor space for relaxation. The colourful garden surrounding the private heated swimming pool completes the picture. INTERIOR Ground Floor As you enter, you first get to see the infinite sea view and the private heated swimming pool. You enter a spacious open-plan and airy living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you may need to prepare your meals. Earthy tones and tasteful decorations create a cozy and welcoming environment. A 50" Smart TV enhances this feeling. There is direct access to the pool and garden from there. Moving further, you can find a spacious two single beds bedroom The mattresses and pillows are Cocomat and ensure a good night’s sleep. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area and garden. First Floor As you walk up the stairs, you reach two more bedrooms, each one with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with a comfortable Cocomat mattress has also direct access to a spacious veranda with cozy furniture and amazing sea view and view of the pool area. The other one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom as well has a balcony looking at the pool area and sea view. Last but not least, all areas are fully air-conditioned and complimentary WiFi is accessible in all villa premises. Single beds can be transformed easily to a double bed, just let us know! The villa boasts three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed in any bedroom or in a sofa in the living room. EXTERIOR The pool terrace at Villa Louisa redefines summer living, offering an idyllic setting for guests to enjoy breathtaking sunny days and sunsets and indulge in ultimate relaxation. Centered around a stunning 42 m² heated private pool (depth 1.40m), this serene retreat provides 6 sunbeds, 2 sun loungers, 1 umbrella shade and a dining table with 6 chairs. Unwind with a chilled drink, immerse yourself in a favorite book or enjoy your playlist on the Bluetooth dock as you create lasting memories with friends and family. The pool area is surrounded with a beautiful garden with flowers , trees and grass. For culinary enthousiasts , the terrace is perfectly designed for al fresko dining. Prepare delicious meals using the built bbq with outdoor kitchen sink and enjoy yourselves under the pergola. Other things to note From Panormo port frequent boat trips to the nearest coasts are organised and there is a variety of other activities one can do : sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling and water sports. Panormo offers a perfect holiday and safe environment for you and your children. As far as sight seeing is concerned, the existence of an ancient city is confirmed in Panormo, based on the finding of the basilica church of Agia Sophia, 500m southwest of the village. The 6th century B.C. basilica is regarded as one of the largest Paleochristian churches in Greece and the largest in Crete. Also, traces of a fortress can be seen by the port.
