This is a small 1 bed apartment very close to the seafront Southend east train station and the town centre This place can sleep a maximum of 4 people 2 in the bedroom which has an en-suite and 2 in the lounge area on the double sofa bed The space There is a good size kitchen dinner with table and chairs for 4 A good size double bedroom which can be made up as a Large Kingsize double bed or 2 singles so is ideal for couples and people working in the area either 1 or 2 people ( work colleagues) etc sharing the cost of the apartment rather than booking 2 separate rooms This apartment sleeps 4 ie 2 couples or 1 couple and 2 singles or 3 separate single people Guest access Guests have use of the whole of the front apartment Other things to note Parking can normally be arranged if needed but normally we need to know
