We can accommodate more than 60 people in 10 x bedrooms with 10 x en suite bathrooms in two individually furnished houses on a 5000 square meter plot with options for billiards, a library, wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna, a 100 square meter dance floor, bar, gazebo, table tennis, barbecue, rowboat, bonfire & more... Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space FuchsAmSee ... yesterday, today and also tomorrow can be felt. We often redecorate. So everything stays in motion and brings fresh spirit into the house. In many places it has just been modernized or newly furnished. In other places it is a place for creative improvisation. Do and leave what you want ?! Just how you feel?! What's not always the same... Where else would you want to slow down, if not here?! Just get yourself to this wonderful atmosphere at FuchsAmSee... The lovingly and comfortably furnished main house has 10 individually furnished bedrooms of 20-40 m² on the 2nd and 3rd floors, floors, each with their own bathrooms. In the basement are our "Wellness Lounge" and our "Magic Lounge". By booking our optional service package event, you could use these offers without restriction during your rental period. The "Magic Lounge" invites you to entertain, whether for a game at the billiards table or a game night with poker, roulette, backgammon, etc. There is also a small cinema with films from our Cinematek. The "wellness lounge" offers you enough space and time for bathing fun and relaxation with a sauna, relaxation area and an XXL hot tub. The use of the "magic lounge" and the "wellness lounge" are included in the price of the optional service package event. In an extra house with a former restaurant there is a spacious professionally equipped catering kitchen (approx. 60 m²), where besides a gas stove, convection oven, several dishwashers and refrigerators, there is also sufficient other additional equipment for you. In the hall (approx. 100 m²) there is plenty of space for communal cooking, eating, celebrating, dancing... you can get all your guests moving here. This room can also be used for seminar work or workshops. This hall is also particularly suitable for dance classes or the like, as the space has a wonderful parquet floor. In addition, adjacent to the hall there is a covered and windproof terrace, which invites you to linger from morning sun to evening sun! FuchsAmSee is idyllically located in a secluded location on a small lake. There are no neighbors!!! It has a plot of 5000 m². With the optional use of the "Event" service fee, there is enough space for everyone and many more opportunities to use the place. Whether exploring the lake by rowboat, fishing, diving or simply feeling the sun on your skin, enjoying the cool water, relaxing on the summer terrace afterwards, playing table tennis and foosball or sitting around the campfire together in the evening...!! In the outdoor area there is a weather-protected "outdoor area" for larger events, equipped with appropriate equipment, such as a sound music system for DJs, a bar with cooling facilities, mobile tables and benches, etc. Unfortunately, due to Airbnb's terms and conditions, no direct booking is possible here. Just ask us for external alternative options. Guest access All buildings must be entered via their own entrance. The spacious driveway allows immediate parking for loading and unloading in front of it. The use of the common areas, such as the "Wellness Lounge" with hot tub and sauna, the "Magic Lounge" with cinema, billiards, poker and roulette, as well as the large 'experience' kitchen with hall and terrace to the lake are freely accessible and optionally included in the rental price when using the service flat-rate event. In the outdoor area we offer an "outdoor area" with sports and leisure facilities, e.g. bar, pavilion, campfire, rowing boat, table tennis, etc. for events that are not included in the rental price. Please ask for external options. Other things to note For the stated Airbnb price for 16 people, you book accommodation in 8 rooms with large double beds (200 cm x 180 cm) and a separate bathroom en suite. In addition, there is a sofa bed and/or armchair in the rooms, which can be pulled out with a slatted base. There are more rooms in the house with a large double bed and a separate bathroom en suite, as well as common areas with alternative sleeping places and some bathroom facilities that cannot be booked via your Airbnb offer. In connection with the rental of "FuchsAmSee" for events, parties, etc., due to the legal provisions to ensure order and safety, appropriate control functions are necessary as an addition to the Airbnb offer. The current legal draft law in Germany with regard to Airbnb's terms and conditions instructs us to examine renters before concluding their lease with regard to his intended rental purpose and the associated sufficient insurance coverage beyond the Airbnb offer. Under certain circumstances, a final commitment on our part for the rental of the rented property is therefore only possible after our own personal inspection of the renter. For stays of 17 or more people, stays on Airbnb are not included in the system. So if you want to rent with more than 16 people and/or plan additional day guests who are not staying at FuchsAmSee, but are only with you during the day, there is no possible Airbnb solution. You may need to cancel your reservation as soon as possible. For legal reasons, only external considerations are necessary for the above cases! We are pleased to provide you with a one-time LINEN package at the price of € 15.00 per person for the entire duration of the stay. This includes the following things for every person in the rooms: Sheets, duvet covers, two towels, an additional small pillow, as well as additional towels for the wellness lounge This item must be paid through Airbnb when you use it. The property of FuchsAmSee is very spacious and, in addition to the outdoor area of more than 5000 square meters, has different houses with rooms of a maximum of 1000 square meters. Use desired by groups is variably possible after prior arrangement with us. For legal reasons, items not included in the Airbnb offer must be considered externally! The use of our "magic lounge" and the "wellness lounge" are only optionally included in the price of the service package event. Final cleaning is always required. This final cleaning is not included in the rental price and cannot be done by yourself. You pay this item via Airbnb prior to arrival. Please note that we charge a service fee of € 500 for the final cleaning of the property and a service fee of € 2000 for the provision of the equipment at events, seminars, retreats, etc. in addition to the agreed rental price for Airbnb before the key is handed over. After we have confirmed a proper and complaint-free return, you may be able to receive optional refunds. However, a legal claim to this is excluded. In any case, a decision is up to us. Your security deposit agreed with Airbnb and us remains unaffected. Please note that we will process the payment for additional services in accordance with Airbnb's policies. Payment in cash or credit card is not possible on site. Attention! Instant bookings through the Airbnb portal are only available for bookings from Sunday to Thursday, except when public holidays fall within this period. This is not adjustable in the Airbnb system and therefore cannot be influenced by us. In the event of a misunderstanding, you have the option to either cancel the reservation or to book a different period. For New Year, Easter, May 1, Pentecost, Ascension Day, Reformation Day, Day of German Unity, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and all weekends associated with bridge days on public holidays, the minimum stay for a reservation other than the Airbnb calendar is three nights instead of two nights. For inquiries and bookings related to bridge days and legal bridge days, Airbnb does not require a minimum of two nights, but a minimum of three nights. This is not adjustable in the Airbnb system and therefore cannot be influenced by us. In the event of a misunderstanding, you have the option to either cancel the reservation or to book an additional day. The property of FuchsAmSee can accommodate 60 people. When booking 16 people on Airbnb, it is therefore possible that other people can rent the property for shared use in addition to your group. Please inform yourself about the current situation for your travel time before booking. We are happy to accept instant bookings.
