Traditional Spanish country house, private

Our country house is a typical Spanish property. There’s also a pool, with a terrace and an outside kitchen. The 6,000 sq m of land has olive, almond, and citrus trees, 2 bay trees, rosemary and thyme. The house is mainly solar powered, with a gas cooker and water heater. There are some floor fans. At the front is 1 covered terrace and another terrace below it. We have friends to welcome you, with keys and any advice needed. The space Set at the top of 3 terraces, the house has an elevated position offering a panoramic view of Valle Albaida, with the small town in the distance. The church tower is floodlit at night, providing a wonderful view from the terrace. Although very peaceful, it's only an 8 minute drive to the bustling town of Ontinyent, with many bars and restaurants. We leave the basics: tea, coffee, sugar, etc., asking only for you to replace anything you use the last of, for our next guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all parts of the property, but please keep dogs under control, especially at the bottom terrace, where our neighbours have free range chickens, geese, ducks and peacocks. Guests are very welcome to use any herbs growing on our land. Other things to note A car is essential. We are about 6 kilometres from the nearest shops, etc.
