Welcome to our apartment on Pitangueiras Beach! 50 meters away from the sandy strip, the apartment is in a prime location, in the middle of Praia das Pitangueiras, with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, market, 600m from La Plage mall and fair, 2km from Enseada beach and 1km from Asturias beach. Great for those who want to enjoy the best of Guarujá without having to take the car. The space - Sleeps up to seven people comfortably; - Four bedrooms (one suite with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with a single bed) - Air conditioning in two bedrooms, fan in 1 bedroom and in the living room; - Two full bathrooms and a half-bath - Balcony - TV in the living room - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery) - Washing machine The suite and one of the double bedrooms have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, the other double bedroom has only a ceiling fan, and the single bedroom has no air-conditioning or ceiling fan. The building has 24-hour concierge, security cameras, covered garage, elevators, 8 beach chairs and sunshade, gym, game room, ice machine and ballroom. The apartment is on the third floor, and from the suite you can see the beach and the sea. Important: Bring bed linens, bath linens and blankets (if you want). We provide pillows. We don't have Wi-Fi. Entitled to 1 parking space (not determined) and there are parking lots in the vicinity. To use the beach umbrella and chairs, just talk to the doorman and ask them to take them to the beach. Our apartment has been in the family for 50 years.
