Welcome! An entire house just for you! You can enjoy a terrace and garden, as well as private parking. You will find a bakery, as well as all the essential shops, just a short walk away. 20 minutes from Rouen. 50 minutes from Dieppe and its beaches. In the quietness of the countryside while still being close to the region's main tourist attractions. Pets are welcome 🐾 The furniture is not new but is clean and functional. The space The house is not attached to any other property, so you will have complete privacy. You can park several vehicles in the courtyard, and the gate can be closed. A camera records the courtyard's entrance gate, and it is easily visible. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen, an office, a living room with a sofa bed, and a dining room. The living room can be closed off to sleep in complete privacy without blocking access to the kitchen or dining room, which creates a third bedroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the first with a 180×200 bed, the second with two beds: the first 90×190 and the second 140×190, and a bathroom with a toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Please note that there is a well on the property. It is fenced off, but please do not let children play near it. There is no TV or WiFi, but there are board games and nice walks nearby. We ask that the accommodation be returned as clean as it was upon arrival. For guests who do not wish to clean, a cleaning fee of €20 may be requested. Guest access The garden, terrace, parking, and house are reserved for guests, with the exception of the attic and one bedroom upstairs. The buildings in the garden are private; please do not enter them. We may need to access the buildings from time to time. We will notify you in advance to reach an agreement on a time slot when we will not disturb you. Other things to note We can provide you with seasonal vegetables from a local family market garden, jam made with local products, and eggs from free-range hens. The bakery and the butcher shop are closed on Wednesdays
