Lovely Luxurious Two bedroom Caravan/Lodge holiday home in Overstone Lakes Sywell Northamptonshire. Sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms both with ensuites bathrooms. Comfortable Lounge with sofa bed and armchairs. Ample room for all relax and enjoy the beautiful peaceful surroundings. Private Parking Fully fenced garden. Located in award-winning site. Fabulous amenities for all to enjoy an outdoor swimming pool Clubhouse fishing areas and supermarket on site. No pets. We only accommodate for children 12year+ The space Luxurious Caravan/Chalet has a fully fenced in garden of which is grassed with large table and six chairs. Parking at the front of garden gate. Lovely Lounge area 3 seater sofabed and 2 armshairs electric fire coffee table TV DVD player and WiFi. Fully fitted kitchen with Gas hob and Oven, Fridge freezer Dishwasher Kettle Air Fryer Pots pans cutlery all crockery and glasses. Washing up materials supplied. Bedroom 1 Double bedroom with king size bed wardrobes dressing table and hair drier also with en suite with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 Twin beds with wardrobes space and ensuite with shower. All Bedding and towels are provided. Guest access All area within Caravan and garden are for guest use. There is parking at the front of the garden which is fully fenced in. Please note there there are several steps to climb to access the caravan and the sliding doors in lounge have a notable drop and are not to be used for access to the exterior. Please note the site does not allow commercially branded vehicles onsite at all. There is a car park in the pub next door but all parking is at owners risk. The holiday park also has residential homes. Woodland parkland featuring scenic lakes, wildlife, and mature trees and fishing areas. Also a clubhouse and swimming pool and convience store. Other things to note The site charges a fee to use the Swimming pool and other leisure usage Passes are available at reception £6.50 per adult and £4.50 a child a day. Weekly passes can be purchased. Information names ages etc has to be sent to host prior arrival day to enable passes to be issued. Reception will not be issued if this not adhered too. Reception will take on payment. Also there is charges for fishing passes at reception. The pool is open May till September weather dependent. Please take care around the lakes as there is some deep water areas. The clubhouse and the pines kitchen bar free to access. Please also note this is a holiday and residential area.
