Beautifully maintained and set within an idyllic garden with views, swimming pool, ball area, secure parking and Free WiFi. Very close to the tourist sights and wildlife of the Cradle of Mankind and within easy reach of both Tambo and Lanseria Airport. Great JHB stop over before/after Kruger. Perfect for two people or single traveler, friend and family visits, weddings, sporting, business or hospital visits. The space The loft is private, spacious, modern, comfortable and ideal retreat after an exciting day of sightseeing or long business day. Entrance is through the main house giving the opportunity to chat about your day with me if you wish, or simply retire to the privacy of your room or garden and pool. Feel free to use the mini tennis/basket ball court for a bit of energetic fun or use the traditional South African Braai area for an afternoon or evening of socialising eating and drinking. Every thing you need to feel secure, comfortable and happy in South Africa is here for you. Guest access Entrance is through the main house to a stairway to the Loft Space, which is well ventilated and includes a sitting area, fridge, microwave and kettle, shower room and access to the the secluded and secure gardens. Guests staying in the Loft Space are welcome to share kitchen and dining area with me, there is also a terrace area for eating alfresco. Covered parking is gated and secure. The gardens are set on four tiered levels with the swimming pool on the third level down, mini tennis/basket ball court for the energetic is on 2nd level so guests should expect to go up and down steps for these areas. There is several lovely peaceful sitting areas for the simple pleasure of relaxation, admiring the garden and watching the many garden birds. The terrace and lapa area is great for experiencing a traditional South African braai, eating, drinking and socialising. I am always available to welcome and support guests on arrival and share local knowledge and experiences. Naturally sociable I welcome guest interaction, however, value everyone's privacy and peacefulness. There is a laundry room available, so no need to re-pack worn clothing, personal laundry service can be requested. Ideal for two people or single travelers looking for security, home for home comforts and a great South African experience. Guests are welcome to stay short or long term and use the space as a tourist or business base and essentially unwind and relax in a lovely setting. The loft space is not suitable for young children, wheelchair users or infirm, the loft staircase is open and the garden is tiered with many steps, we also have an open pond and swimming pool. Other things to note There is a small fridge, kettle and microwave in the loft space. Light breakfast such as fruit, pastries, ceareal, yoghurt,milk, tea and coffee is provided. Occasional evening meal can be requested in advance and will be charged for. There is no DSTV (standard) television, bring your favourite DVD's, or laptop/tablet to stream your favourite films or Filmon TV via free WIFI After a busy work day, travelling or touring, spending sometime in the tranquil mature garden and pool is the ideal way to have some me-time, followed by a warm summer evening braai and beer or glass of wine. There are also many quality restaurants within a short drive.
