Delightful Detached Suburban House

A delightful detached 5 bedroom house set in a truly idyllic setting approximately 20 minutes by train to Edinburgh City Centre. The train station is 2 miles from my home. Around £6 for a taxi to the station however if I am around I’ll happily drop yoi off or pick you up. The space I have a clean, bright and pretty double bedroom with a private en-suite with shower available for rent. There is a super king sized bed, a large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also an electric recliner chair. The room has its own bedroom door key. I will have a separate Living Room and Bathroom. Towels and bed linen No extra guests staying over unless pre-approved.please. You will have shared access with myself to the Kitchen with breakfast bar and there is a separate fridge and freezer for you to share and you will have your own crockery, etc. There is also a Utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. For stays over 1 month, a second set of towells and bed linen will be changed fortnightly. Should you wish to eat outside, the rear garden has several sitting areas. The front garden has a lovely seat also. I will be living in the house with my two very gentle cats Domino and Itsy Bitsy and two very friendly dogs Lottie and Pumpkin. It is essential that you are an animal person. The house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and is set in a very quiet area. I would ask you to respect this and keep any noise down after 10pm please. Two other rooms will be rented out also. I am looking for a professional who is clean and most importantly tidies up after themselves. I have a no smoking policy inside the house however you are free to smoke in the garden. As I have animals myself, unfortunately I cannot accept further pets. On drive parking is available for up to 4 cars. A monthly price is available for long term stays with an additional fee of £40 per calendar month for couples. Guest access You will have shared access with myself to the Kitchen with breakfast bar. You will also have access to a shared fridge and freezer. I do not provide breakfast. The supermarket is only a 5 minute walk from the house. During your stay The house has a quiet luxury environment. There will be another two bedrooms rented out that share their own bathroom. Other things to note We are a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk to a large supermarket and petrol station and 5 minutes drive from one of the largest shopping centres, with restaurants, in Scotland. As we are surrounded by trees none of these can be seen or heard. My house is currently up for sale which is why I am doing short term rentals. I will give you as much warning as I can should i have a viewing and would need access to your room.
