Cottage Aspviken, private beach and garden

Aspviken is located right by Rosjön and only 10 km north of the beautiful wooden town of Eksjö. Here, you live close to nature with your own boat, fishing opportunities and a large natural plot. The cottage is the last in the row in a small cottage area, which provides a quiet and private location. It only has a neighbor on one side and a small forest grove on the other. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds. The proximity to Highway 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but for the vast majority it is not perceived as disturbing. The space The cottage's kitchen has been recently renovated and fully equipped and with a dining area for six people, in the living room there is a newly installed fireplace and a sofa bed with two beds, in the bedroom there is a double bed and wardrobes for storage, in the bathroom there is a new shower cabin, in the guest house on the plot there are two single beds. In total, the accommodation has 6 beds.
