The Old Vicarage, a stunning Detached House

The Old Vicarage dates back to the 1800's and is a beautiful family home or a space for friends to come together. With four Double Bedrooms (one has a sofa bed), three bathrooms and a large main Reception Room, the accommodation is set across two floors giving a sense of space. The Kitchen is the heart of the home and has direct access to the large, fully enclosed and private garden. Ingham is a village which offers two pubs, a local shop, 15 minutes from Lincoln. The space This property is where we sometimes live so therefore we have closed access to the 5th bedroom and the office. This still leaves you with a lovely large space where you can relax and enjoy time together without crowding on top of each other. One of the rooms does only have a sofa bed which is better suited to Children than two adults. The property is dog friendly and has a lovely fully enclosed garden - though we do ask that dogs do not go upstairs or on the furniture, Guest access Access would be with keys let in a lockbox for you. Other things to note Ingham is a beautiful village surrounded by fields while only a 15 minute drive into Lincoln or head to the East Coast for the day.
