Our guests have a private entrance and access to the entire upper level and upper deck to themselves. We occupy the lower level. We are within minutes of I 35, Canal Park, hiking, biking, running, snowshoe trails, anything you want to do in Duluth is just minutes away. Our upper deck overlooks Park Point, the bay and the beautiful sunrises on Lake Superior. We will be available to greet our guests on most occasions and always just a text or a phone call away. Our cozy home sits near the top of the hill with wonderful neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Each entrance has a Ring doorbell. You may occasionally catch a glimpse of some wildlife, possibly some deer (that may walk across the lower deck), or rabbits, or some other wildlife dashing through the yard. We're just a couple of minutes away from the city and have a panoramic view of Lake Superior, Park Point and the bay.
